AAA-grade Snow Bud, simply divine.

Snow Bud is also known as Snowy Sprout, which is translated from Chinese as Xue Ya (雪芽). These sweet and nutty fine tips give a clear, golden, aromatic nectar and a beautiful, lingering flavour. It's light and refreshing, perfect for keeping you hydrated and quenched throughout the day. The tea sips like a very light, flaky pastry that melts on your tongue, leaving behind a delicate icing to envelop your taste buds in a warm embrace.

The aftertaste is complex, however, a little drying, chalky and could be lightly astringent of light wood and unripe fruits. It is definitely more on the complex than the delicate end of the white tea spectrum. These fuzzy, green, tender sprouts never fail to deliver an everyday fine tea-drinking experience for those who also seek the full impact of health benefits from tasty teas.

Reviewing snowbud

I really liked the delicate yet bold enough to hold its own taste.
It doesn’t need anything added to it. It’s complex enough on its own.
When drinking you can almost imagine a snowy mountain side with this special bud growing on its bush.
