When you buy your loose-leaf premium tea online with us, we will dispatch it to you with Royal Mail.

For orders over £40, we will ship your goods free of charge using Royal Mails Tracked 48 service. For orders over £65, we will ship your goods free of charge using Royal Mail Tracked 24 service.

Our website has a banner showing the basket levels needed for free shipping.

UK DELIVERY

Our chosen shipping handlers all offer great service levels for all orders, which include:

Real-time tracking
Three delivery attempts
The option to deliver to a safe space.
SMS updates

Please note:

The delivery service level agreements i.e. 24/48 hours, are from the point of dispatch from our shop. We dispatch items daily from Monday to Saturday to ensure the quickest delivery possible. Where orders are placed early enough in a working day, we will endeavour to dispatch them the same day. Orders placed later in the day will be dispatched the following day.

Any orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.

Tracking numbers will be emailed and/or sent by SMS to you at the point of processing, and you will receive shipping confirmation details directly from Royal Mail, too.

USA Shipping uses Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days.

Golden …

A beautiful tea, rich and full of refreshing flavour…I know that sounds a bit like a seventies TV advert but this tea, no milk, no sugar is superb.

Another lovely tea

This is probably my favourite scented tea now.
I always put a little milk in all my teas, and this is no exception: I find it needs it, and it's best not too strong. Then it becomes a lovely mellow scented tea.
It has real osmanthus flowers in it, and I believe they are actually quite good for you.

Refined and sophisticated

Lovely depth of flavour and mouth feel. Not too astringent. I like it with a splash of milk, but not necessary. Almost floral maybe. Love it and will buy again.

Love this tea

This is one of my favourite teas. It is hard to describe as it is very complex in flavour: sometimes I taste something like roast nuts, and sometimes even strong coffee! If someone gave me a cup I would not identify it as being like Lapsang Souchong at all. It does have a slight smokiness which is not overpowering. It is quite strong so it's best not to use too much at a time, as it can then verge on being bitter or "rasping".
I have dropped a star because I find it varies in flavour a lot even in the same batch but I still reccommend it.
