When you buy your loose-leaf premium tea online with us, we will dispatch it to you with Royal Mail.
Spend £40 or more to receive free UK delivery, including Northern Ireland. In Great Britain, orders from £40 to £64.99 are sent free by Royal Mail Tracked 48, and orders of £65 or more are sent free by Royal Mail Tracked 24. In Northern Ireland, orders of £40 or more are sent free by Royal Mail 24. Delivery charges for orders below £40 and international orders are shown at checkout.

UK DELIVERY
Our chosen shipping handlers all offer great service levels for all orders, which include:
- Real-time tracking
- Three delivery attempts
- The option to deliver to a safe space.
- SMS updates
Please note:
The delivery service level agreements i.e. 24/48 hours, are from the point of dispatch from our shop. We dispatch items daily from Monday to Saturday to ensure the quickest delivery possible. Where orders are placed early enough in a working day, we will endeavour to dispatch them the same day. Orders placed later in the day will be dispatched the following day.
Any orders placed on Saturday will be dispatched on Monday.
Tracking numbers will be emailed and/or sent by SMS to you at the point of processing, and you will receive shipping confirmation details directly from Royal Mail, too.
EUROPE & WORLD DELIVERY
Currently shipping to the UK, the Republic of Ireland and the USA.
USA Shipping uses Royal Mail International Standard with an estimated delivery time of 5-7 days.
