This fragrant and smooth Chinese black tea is Osmanthus Black Tea (桂花红茶), a naturally scented tea made by blending high-quality black tea leaves with dried osmanthus blossoms. Produced in China, this tea combines the richness of traditional Chinese black tea with the delicate floral sweetness of osmanthus flowers, long prized in Chinese tea culture for their honeyed aroma.
During production, the black tea is carefully scented with real osmanthus flowers, allowing the leaves to absorb their natural fragrance without overpowering the base tea. When infused, Osmanthus Black Tea produces a clear, amber liquor with a smooth, mellow body, gentle maltiness, and a distinctive floral sweetness reminiscent of apricot and honey. Balanced and comforting, it is an excellent everyday black tea with an elegant aromatic lift.
