When infused, the leaves gradually unfurl to reveal their full size, displaying vibrant shades of green with hints of brown along the edges.
Origin: This tea is sourced from the famous Dong Ding (Tung Ting) Mountain in Nantou County, Taiwan. It is cultivated at low elevations, where the climate and terrain contribute to its distinctive character.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from sunlight. Re-seal packaging between use.

 

How to Brew

  • Use one teaspoon of leaves (roughly 3g) for each person you are brewing tea for.
  • Let your water cool a little; around 85-90 degrees is perfect.
  • Steep for 2-3 minutes according to taste.
  • Reuse the leaves a further 3 times, by simply adding more hot water.
