Tasting Details

Flavour: Notes of bush honey, lightly malted and a finish of baked apple.
Aroma: A refined blend of maple and floral fragrances with a baked apple, complemented by gentle spice hints.

How to Brew

  • Use one teaspoon of leaves (roughly 3g) for each person you are brewing tea for.
  • Boiling water is best for infusing black tea. 95-100 degrees is perfect.
  • Steep for 2-5 minutes according to taste.
  • Reuse the leaves a further 3 times, by simply adding more hot water.
