如何冲泡
- 为每个人泡茶，使用 1 茶匙茶叶（约 3 克）。
- 把水稍微冷却一下。温度大约为 75-85 度。
- 根据口味浸泡 2-5 分钟。
- 只需添加更多热水，即可将叶子重复使用 3 次。

The China Teapot Mao Feng is of very good quality.

I am hopelessly western style tea lover, so I use double walled glasses and a good size tea strainer.
8g, 3 min 1st cup and 4 min 2nd cup.
Where I deviated from The China Teapot's suggestion is water temperature. I always steep Chinese green tea at 75°C.
